After 10 wonderful years of serving patients at both Oak Creek and New Berlin, we’ve decided to bring everything together under one roof. This move will help us streamline operations and ensure we continue delivering the personalized care you know and trust — now with even more options available.

Directions to Our Office from Oak Creek to New Berlin

  •  Start from Oak Creek, WI: 

    • Head west on W Puetz Rd toward WI-38 S. 

    Merge onto I-94 W: 

    • Take the ramp onto I-94 W heading toward Madison. 

    • Continue on I-94 W for about 11 miles. 

    Take the Exit for Moorland Rd: 

    • Use Exit 301A-301B for Moorland Rd. 

    • Keep right at the fork, and follow signs for Moorland Rd S. 

    Turn Left onto W Beloit Rd: 

    • After about 2 miles on Moorland, turn left onto W Beloit Rd. 

    Turn Right onto S Sunnyslope Rd: 

    • Follow S Sunnyslope Rd for about 1 mile. 

    • Our office will be on your right! 

    Estimated Drive Time: 20-25 minutes from Oak Creek.
